Wow, laptops can get hot. Sometimes they can get really hot. I have a friend with a laptop you can literally get 3rd degree burns from. How are we supposed to deal with this kind of phenomenon? The whole crowd would hold their breath as “Chariots of Fire” accompanies a slow motion shot of the table running in the opposite direction of the ball and subsequently running out of time to make the penalty kick, thus shattering the dreams of the underdogs. Some would blame the table because, after all, it was its fault, but the fans, the players, and the coaching staff would look at it as an opportunity to learn more about themselves and grow in the areas of compassion, humility, and sportsmanship. The table would be forever remembered by a statue in the town square and the story would subsequently be made into a direct-to-DVD movie aimed at children ages 8-12. They would call it something like Bend it Like a Folding Table and everyone would get confused and think that David Beckham was involved. He wouldn't be in the movie, but would later confess that it was one of his favorite films, right behind The Big Green.
