Everyone tried to pull me back.
I’ll skip on the details, for they aren’t really that important, but through a series of fluke events I found myself accidentally on the wrong side of the Gates of Hell. I know, I know, I shouldn’t have been hiking so close to the border but it really isn’t the easiest thing to spot; the Gates of Hell don’t actually look like gates.

So I was on the edge of this cliff with a fiery inferno below. A bunch of demonic inhabitants of Hell stretched their emaciated arms in my direction, grabbing on to me and trying their best to pull me back down to their level. There must have been hundreds of them scaling this cliff to get me and it was rather terrifying. Still, I had to keep climbing. They were weak creatures, shells of their former selves that individually did not hold enough strength to take me on. Collectively, however, they were a force to be reckoned with.

Finally, after straining my body immensely, I grabbed on to the Cuisinart SS-700 Single Serve Programmable Brewing System at the top of the cliff. The demons continued to grab at me, much to my surprise.

“Hey, cut it out!” I yelled down to them. “I got the Crock-Pot 5.5 Quart Manual Slow Cooker; you’re supposed to leave me alone now!”

I don’t think they quite understood the rules. I got the Crock-Pot before they did so they were supposed to go back to their meaningless lives of eternal suffering.

“Get out of here! I’ll tell on you!”
