They were on a stud hunt.
Tracy and Stacy were sitting around, watching The Notebook and foaming at the mouth. Once they determined that neither of them had rabies, they cleaned up the foam and resolved that they needed to go on a stud hunt. Finding Ryan Gosling would be ideal, but someone similar would be acceptable.
“Good thing I just bought this Skil Stud Finder!” Stacy said with glee, holding up the item.
They decided the best place to find a stud was the mall. Stacy took out the stud finder and pointed it directly in front of her. She held down the button and spun around until the device made a beep, to which she stopped immediately. Lowering the stud finder, she was facing the shirtless Abercrombie & Fitch employee.
“Wow, this thing really works!” she exclaimed before heading in his direction.
