In the wilderness, no one hears you scream.
Chris overheard these words while at a McDonald's pretending that the McRib was back for a limited time only. Unfortunately for Chris, he was eating a Quarter Pounder with Cheese. Try as he might, his intense concentration could not transmogrify the burger into the absolutely delectable concoction that is the McDonald's McRib, or, as Chris like to call it, the Mickey D's McRib.
While in the throes of failed communication between imagination and reality, Chris overheard someone in the booth behind him say, “In the wilderness, no one hears you scream.”
He sat back for a minute. Is that true? Suddenly, the quest to eat a McRib despite the limited-time-only not overlapping with the present moment took a backseat to this new development. Why wouldn't someone hear you scream in the wilderness? Is there something different about being surrounded by woods that affects your vocal cords? Within seconds Chris' brain was flooded with questions to which he did not possess any answers. Frustration built up like molten lava in a volcano ready to erupt.
After finding that he was unable to give proper concentration to any aspect of his life, Chris set out for the wilderness. Unsure how long the trip would last before he could get an answer, he brought along the Northpole Extra-Large 15x15 Tent. It was a long drive to the wilderness, but Chris was eager to get started once he arrived. He set up his campsite and didn't waste any time beyond that.
“HELLLLLOOOOOOOOOO!!! CAN ANYONE HEAR THIS?”
